Q: How can I find the dress code for each sailing?

A: The F means Forward deck which helps in the loading of bags on the pier.
Q: Does Regent provide wheelchairs to passengers?
A: No, they would have to provide their own, except in an emergency.
Q: Should pregnant guests have any special documentation ?
A: Pregnant women should consult with their doctor prior to sailing with Regent Seven Seas Cruises as they cannot offer pre-natal care on board any of their vessels. Regent Seven Seas Cruises will not accept any guest if she is (24 weeks) 6 months or more into the pregnancy at the time of sailing due to the lack of neo-natal care facilities onboard.
Those guests under (24 weeks) six months must provide RSSC with a written doctor's permission prior to sailing that states she is "fit to travel by sea." This must be forwarded to Reservations, Attn: Special Requests-Medical, Omaha, Nebraska at: 1-402-501-5599. On the fax, please reference the Guest's name, ship name and sailing date. This permission must be dated within 30 days of the cruise departure date.
The Master in conjunction with the Ship's Doctor has the right to deny boarding if in his professional opinion there may not be adequate shore side medical facilities available in port during their cruise.
Q: What is their smoking policy?
A: While they will always give smokers a warm welcome on their ships, they also recognize the need to restrict where smoking is permitted so as not to cause discomfort to, or provide a health or safety hazard for, the majority of their guests who do not smoke. Cigarette smoking is not permitted in any enclosed dining areas, whether it be the ships' main dining rooms or the alternate dining venues. Cigarette smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the outdoor Pool Grills.
However, in light of continuing legislative changes in smoking policies around the world as well as the comfort, health and safety of their guests and crew, both in terms of the proven dangers of second hand smoke and the fire hazard that smoking presents, Regent Seven Seas Cruises will be changing their policy of smoking in staterooms, suites and on private balconies. Not only does smoking present a fire hazard, but it is also an inconvenience to other guests as the smoke, or its odor, invades surrounding suites, balconies and public areas, creating discomfort for the guests in these areas. Smoking will therefore be prohibited in all staterooms, suites and balconies fleet-wide.
