Signatures, the only restaurant at sea that is run solely by the famous Parisian Chefs from Le Cordon Bleu, the most prestigious culinary authorities in the world. To add to Regent Seven Seas cruises 6 star tradition, they offer only the highest level of personal service with a staff to guest ratio of 1 to 1.6.
In her inaugural year, the luxurious 700 guest Seven Seas Mariner is the world’s first of the all balcony and all suite ships. Bearing 50,000 tons, this incredible vessel offers only the finest amenities to her guests on worldwide excursions. Each of the 354 lavishly appointed suites have a king size bed, walk-in closets, marbled bathrooms and private, teak balconies. The 100-seat Signatures is the first permanent restaurant-at-sea by Le Cordon Bleu and they offer exclusive Le Cordon Bleu Classe Culinaire des Croísières workshops to guests on select cruises.
The Seven Seas Mariner also features other outstanding amenities such as single, open seating at each of the fabulous restaurants aboard the Mariner, and exclusive Judith Jackson Spa with specially trained therapists that are skilled in Jackson’s renowned aromatherapy, and the modish “Club.com” 18 computer internet café. All of these amenities cruise on a virtually vibration-free Mermaid pod propulsion system.
